Your data, your call

Delete your Tarjim account

You can delete your Tarjim account and the personal data in it at any time, without asking anyone's permission. Below is exactly how to do it, what disappears, and the little that the law requires us to keep.

The fastest way: in the app

Fully self-service. No support ticket, no waiting for someone to approve it.

  1. Open Settings

    In the Tarjim app, tap your profile, then Settings.

  2. Tap Delete Account

    We run an instant check for anything that has to be settled before your account can go.

  3. Confirm

    Your account is scheduled 30 days out and you are signed out everywhere. Nothing else is required of you.

If something is still open

An order in progress, earnings not yet paid out, an unpaid reward balance, a shipment in transit, a refund still processing or an unresolved support ticket will hold the request. The app names exactly what it found so you can settle it and try again — it is a pause, not a refusal.

What happens to your data

Erased

Gone for good

  • Your name, mobile number and email address
  • Every address you saved
  • Documents you uploaded — source files, deliverables and voice notes are crypto-shredded, so the stored copies can no longer be decrypted by anyone, including us
  • Your chat messages and support messages
  • Ratings and review comments you wrote
  • Your devices, push tokens and notification settings
  • Translators: your legal name, commercial register number, business email and IBAN
Kept

Required by law

  • Orders, payments, invoices and payouts — 10 years, as required by the Saudi Law of Commercial Books and ZATCA's VAT record-keeping rules. We are not permitted to shorten this.
  • A one-way cryptographic digest of your mobile number, kept indefinitely so that a banned account cannot simply register again. The number itself cannot be recovered from the digest.
  • Aggregate statistics that no longer identify anybody.

Everything in this column is unlinked from your identity. It stays in the books as a transaction, not as you.

No longer have the app?

Submit your mobile number below and our team will verify your identity and complete the deletion. We answer within 30 days, as required by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

This form cannot delete anything on its own — it opens a request. Whoever fills it in is not signed in, so we verify the number really is yours before erasing anything. That check is what stops someone else typing your number in here.
